Hi, I'm Michelle
My career in care began as an Assistant in Nursing, which inspired in me a genuine passion for supporting people in ways that are respectful, practical and empowering. After moving to Toowoomba, I worked with Alzheimer’s Queensland and the Richmond Fellowship, supporting people to build independence, confidence and choice in their everyday lives.
For many years, I have supported NDIS participants to navigate daily life, building skills and finding the best way to work towards personal goals. These experiences shaped my belief that good support isn’t about doing things for people, but walking alongside them.
This philosophy is the foundation of Bellach Support Pty Ltd. I wanted to create an organisation dedicated to providing inclusive, person-centred support, delivered with care, dignity and respect, focused on helping people stay connected to their community and live meaningful, fulfilling lives.

NDIS Support Workers Services
Our NDIS Support Workers Services include Daily Personal Activities, Community Access and Participation, Restrictive Practice, Intensive Needs, and Transportation (including wheelchair-accessible van).
Supported Independent Living
A well equip, accessible shared home offering NDIS-funded SIL with tailored supports. Features include a private bedroom, shared living areas, secure outdoor space and experienced local staff, with a focus on daily living support and building independence.
Accessible Transport
Freedom to Move offers wheelchair-accessible transport available to the local community, supporting safe, reliable and inclusive access to everyday activities, appointments and social connections.
